We endeavour to always use proven high quality, reliable equipment. Commercial grade equipment is designed to work in the harsh corporate environment and there are options that are rated for (16/7) 16 hours a day, 7 days a week use or (24/7) 24 hours a day 7 days a week use. By selecting the most appropriate equipment for the job we can greatly reduce the possibility of a fault, whilst being as economical as possible. However even though corporate grade equipment is far less likely to fail (than regular consumer grade equipment) it does very occasionally happen.
The manufacturer will give a warranty included in the purchase price of the equipment. This will usually be 12 months (unless otherwise stipulated). Some products carry up to 3 years, these extra warranties will usually require to be registered with the manufacturer.
Optional extended warranties are sometimes offered by the manufacturer by means of registration and additional payment. There is also the opportunity to use a third party warranty company that offers an insurance policy against failure for up to five years. (For a small additional amount at time of purchase, usually calculated as a percentage of the cost)
Please ask your representative to explain your warranty options.
